Paddock Club Apartments

I'd rate it a 7. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I've lived at the Paddock Club about 5 months now, having moved to Jacksonville from Kansas. The apartment was wonderful for about the first two months. Now the main problem is our loud building. Tennants are constantly slamming doors and our next door neighbors play loud music. Other than that, the complex is very nice and we enjoy it. Don't let the security gates give you a false sense of security. They are often open and when the back gates are closed, it's just a board across the entrance, which anyone could get through with no problem. On a 1-10 scale. I'd give it a 7.
