The manager at the Paddock Club Apartments in Arlington in Jacksonville is a massive liar and she does not care about her tenants. She will let a problem go on for as long as she can no matter how much you complain about it. Then when she finally does something about it she will blame you for the problem. She is the worst manager of an apartment complex I have ever know. She has turned this nice community in to hud housing. If you are considering moving in here, DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!! Also the upper management doesnt care anout you either.

Anyone can say negative remarks about any community but until you have concrete evidence of your remarks or opinions you could be libilous for your opinion. Just by stating the manager is a liar doesn't tell the viewer what happen.

I have concrete evidence. I have pictures, statements from the state when they came out to investigate, video ,a dn complaints from other neighbors. We had roaches from a nasty person upstairs and the management did nothing about it and tried to blame it on us. They knew about this problem for over one year before we even moved in this apartment. They even evicted the people upstairs for the roaches and being nasty. We moved in and within a few days began complaining about the roaches and the manager did NOTHING!!!!! this apartment complex SUCKS!!!!
