While Paddock Club apartment complex looks very nice and pretty from the outside, please look closer! They don't keep up the maintenance, the neighbors are loud and management does nothing about it, construction is cheap and shotty, and the "gated community" is a joke! The gates don't work most of the time and when they do work, they are open anyway. The roof on our building is so bad that everytime it rains, you have to walk through a waterfall to get out of the breezeway. The walls are so thin, you can hear people shutting their bathroom cabinet doors. We had a neighbor that had a guest who was a child. The child was destroying the plants in front of our building with a toy. We called the office twice and it took them 3 hours to show up and then said they had no proof so couldn't do anything about it. I saw this child doing this, I don't know what more proof they needed. There is constantly a boom-boom noise from neighbors stereos and we have complained about this as well and nothing is done. It's a pretty complex but don't be fooled. I don't recommend it.
