The Paddock Club Apartment on Merrill road is pretty much average as far as apartments go. Some buildings are newer than others in the complex. We have had occasional problems with roaches and ants. The office doesn't seem to respond well to bug spray requests. It takes a while for them to come spray if they come at all. One can of bug spray a month seems to keep them away (the bugs, not the office people). The office staff changes frequently. One or two of the woman have been there for the year and a half we have lived here and they are a bit rude. Anything other than picking up a package from the office will usually result in a headache. Parking is a little bit limited. There is no real play area for the kids. There is one pathetic little play area by the pool. All the neighbor kids play in the parking lot, you have to drive carefully. I think most of these things are average for apartment living unless you pay much more. We have around 1300 sq/ft for $1090/month. Thats not too bad. The jacuzzi bathtub in the master bath was a nice amenity.
