I have lived here for 3 years. In this time I have found that the staff has always been polite and responsive. In the single case where we disagreed on policy we went to corporate for resolution (in my favor) and it was settled without recrimination or rancor.
All maintenance requests have been answered in a very reasonable time. Specifically, we had an air conditioning failure on a Sunday which was answered within minutes and corrected within a few hours. The last minor repair (broken toilet) was fixed within minutes and the maintenance chief came by to check on it the next morning.
This place is no more or less noisy than any apartment complex. There has been one loud party in this building since I have been here. It was not so loud that we asked for outside (administrative or police) response. A single complaint to the host quieted things down. There are at least two Jacksonville Sheriff's Deputies living here.
The cost might be a few dollars higher than competition but I am aware of some residents who have been able to negotiate a better price at contract time.
I have become acquainted with some of the employees and the turnover appears to be minimal. The core maintenance crew has been virtually unchanged in the last three years. The one maintenance employee who left transferred to another Mid-America Apartment property. This company appears to be a good one to work for.
Overall, I have liked my stay here and I would, and have, recommended it to family and friends.
