I have lived in the paddock club for almost 1 year. I will be moving out in Dec. The staff is friendly and maintance is quick. The only problem I have is the children in the complex. It is impossible to use the pools on the weekends and in the summer because of number of poorly behavied and unsupervised children.
Also the gates are broken almost nightly although the staff does fix them everyday.
The apartments are older but are kept up well and the grounds are very well kept.
