This place is terrible and no I was never late on my rent. They lied to me when they showed a unit, indicating that the unit I would take would be clean and repainted. When I arrived to sign my lease I demanded a review of the unit. It was terrible. I found that the place smelled, burns on the counter, drawers damaged, had not been painted, hole over light in bath and drywall damage in bath. They said it had been painted within the last week and I knew better.
There have been break-ins, a women was attached just recently. The gates are broken half the time, some of the people that live here routinely break the wooden gate. You would be safer some place else.
