Before I moved in the Paddock Club I was shown a model apartment and around the amenities. Everything SEEMED O.k. Was I a sucker! Hook, Line and Sinker. The gates are always broken, the Jacuzzi is always leaking water and is literally caving in on itself, gangs of roving teenagers throwing trash and making noise looking into car windows. Just to mention a few of the fine surroundings that I'm paying nearly $1000 per month to live in. Yes just the other night I was coming home from work and had to walk nearly 3 buildings away just to find a parking spot and as I'm walking in our finely landscaped grass I stepped in a nice fresh pile of dog crap. Boy what more could you ask for. Chalking this up to apartment living, as what they tell you from the office, I went to the gym to work out and afterwards a nice hot sauna to relax in. Wow I could not have imagined the sauna was closed due to it was being sterilized because someone smeared human feces all over it. I tried to go into the office to complain but the manager was in such a hurry to leave for the night that she snapped at me and stated, "This is my time you're on now, call me tomorrow". What awesome customer service. So after a few days past I recently received a notice from the office stating that my lease was up for renewal and they were raising my rent nearly $50. I appreciate all of my quality experiences here at the Paddock Club but I think I will be moving on...

I hear ya! Everything is always broken, car are getting broken into, and they are letting trashy people move in. This used to be a nice almost exclusive community... not anymore. I renewed my lease because I didn't feel like moving at the holidays.. but I'm out next year!

I live here at the paddock club and I never had a problem with anything. Yes, the gates are broke and yes, they are trying to fix them. The hot tub is now fixed and running. About the the poop in the sauna... Thats a lie. I use it almost everynight and have never had a problem. As a matter of fact, I dont think is ever even been closed.

Ceramicanemone i totally agree with you. Cars are getting broken into and vandlized, there do seem to be some trashy people moving in here. There was a car jacking at gun point in 12-07. One was arrested about 1 week later and the other was still hanging out to harase residents and even 1 of the office staff. The teenage gangs seem to rule here and the gates have not worked poperly since I have moved in in 8-2007. The managment does not seem to care. There for the chances of me renewing a lease in 8-2008 is very unlikely.

Let's be real...the internet is just a place where people can freely complain about the travesties in their lives....My boyfriend and I have lived in the same community (which will remain nameless) for 4 years. After dealing with years of bad service, multiple managment companies, and sometimes not so nice or considerate neighbors, we have decided to make the switch to The Paddock Club. My co-worker recommended it highly, although she did make the complaint about the gate and hot tub, that does not bother us one bit. We are paying for a gated community where we are now, and 2 years ago, they ripped our gates out and did away with them....THANKS for notifying the residents who PAID for that luxury! A-holes! Anyways. You can't expect everything in this world to be perfect or exactly to your specifications. There are too many people in this world to please everyone all the time. BUT unless you are truly being screwed over, be thankful that you haven't had to deal with some of the issues that we have come across in our 4 faithful years at ******** ****.
