Fix what needs to be fix

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1999
 
I just wanted to know is palm terrace apartments ever going to get remodel like brentwood did it would make it a better community .Will get security out ther at a time of night when to be out ther and the community would be better then what it is for the children who desire to live a good life by low income apartments.
