I hate it here From: kadracing4357@aol.com Date posted: 6/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   First of all when you come look at the model its completely different from what your moving into. In the model all the apliances are new and all the sink are the newer style, but when you move in it looks like everything in the apartment is from the 80's. If you like AC, you'll hate it here, they workers here dont even give you a filter for your ac and you have to have it like at 60 just to feel it. They over charge for water here, most places you pay maybe 10$ for waer a month here you pay anywhere from 30-40$ when i first moved in, the floors looked clean just because they were still moist from the cleaners, but a few days later when in was all dry, the carpet just look like ****. Everywhere you walk its all dirt and no grass, so your always tracking dirt up to you apartment. The place is poorly insulated, so all you food thats not in the fridge or freezer goes bad in a week. And the ammenities, it seems like there are none. Nothing in the gym works, everthings broke, the front gate is broke, right now the pools closed and its june, and crime is really bad here.
