First off I want to let anyone out there know that I also live at Sun Katcher and whatever problems people have with it, is there own fault. Some of the people that live here are pigs and expect the office or the guys out on the ground to pick up after them. They are not slaves or your parents. Most of them should be ashamed of themselves for talking the way they do to the ladies int he office. I have many of times heard them treat them like they were dogs. And you wonder why they don't help you more. I wouldn't either. Now lets talk about the pool thing shall we. Well first off, someones kid started the fire from what the word is on the street. So I do not see how that can be there fault. Again, I say control your monsters at the apartments. I would tell everyone to live there if it were up to me. It is a good place to live and the employees are the best around.

the monsters that live in the apartments RUN the apartments. thats one of the biggest problems there. aside from the dirtbags themselves living there.
