-BROKEN GYM EQUIPMENT THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS FROM ANCIENT TIMES
-TENNIS COURTS AREN'T LIGHTED
-POOL IS NOT LIGHTED
-LANDSCAPING...WELL THERE IS NO LANDSCAPING JUST A LOT OF SAND
-BROKEN GATE
-BROKEN LAUNDRY FACILITY
-DIRTY LAUNDRY FACILITY
