Yes the people show you a beautiful apartment with even shelves, clean carpets, clean bathrooms, and a decent kitchen. It's when you move into the apartment they assign you is where the problem starts. It's poorly insulated for example, I bought some chocolate cakes and put them in the pantry, and the next day.......it was just a bag of chocolate mush. The AC units are way too small for the 2 bedrooms ...... this makes the AC work double time to get the apartment to a decent temperature. So I pay at least $100 a month for the electricty. Pipes leak through into the ceilings and the carpet making the carpet look like someone just ran through the mud and walked all over the carpet! DO NOT...I warn you DO NOT rent an apartment here! Everything seems fine, but you will soon find out that there are a lot more "problems" than you bargain for. I drive by certain spots and I can literally SMELL the illegal substance that's smoked by local residents. I don't at all feel safe at the apartments. I always wake up in the middle of the night to make sure that the doors are locked!
