I lived there for 3 months and had no problems until they changed mangement. They are coming in and "cleaning house." Kicking the "trash" out. I was never late on my rent, but I have one noise notice, understandable. 3 weeks later I get a notice to vacate beacause there is just too many complaints with my apartment. Whatever, I received no notices from all the complaints.
Just don't ever, ever, ever be loud or they will terminate your lease and give you only 7 damn days to vacate. How nice of them.

Grant it they are trying to give the place a better name, but what goes around come around.
