maintenance is terrible, prices are terrible, lakeview.....huh' front office is friendly but never get anything done. i want my money back....the ac is way to small and to old of a unit to handle the square footage. it works double time. thats why it is always broken and they have to many in the complex to fix them all so they dont fix any. oh well. leaky ceilings. small toilets. no closet space. good luck fixing this place they will change names and owners again here soon youll see.
