I have lived in Sunkatcher/The Palms @ Beach Blvd for nearly a year and will not be returning back.... This is the worst community that I have ever lived in. The Pest control is terrible... I have been having a serious problem with what I have believe to be ants up until now. I just recently found out they were termites. I will also be contracting the housing division on this property for LACK of attention to the problem....
