we have a 2bed/ 2.5 bath. the HUGE windows are old and not properly sealed, so your ac and heat go right out the windows. When the sprinklers come onthey aren't properly aimed) they hit our windows and front door, and cause black mold to grow in the window sills. There aren't any gaskests around our doorways- (apparently they ordered parts- and they've yet to come in- 10 mnths later.) None of my drain plugs work because the drain itself is so corroded. There are cracks in the walls and ceilings, our ac unit is masking taped and spackled- and when i asked when they would replace it- i was told it was supposed to look that way, silly me. It's advertised as a gated community and they have never worked a day i have lived here. the maintence man told me there are stacks of work orders- but the office used the money on re-modeling- so nothing gets fixed- hearsay- but seems to make sense- since i'm still waiting on those gaskets. The pool has algae in it, and you can't even see the bottom. When you can swim in it- there are several unsupervised children there- because the age restriction ( none under 16 unsupervised) is NEVER enforced. They've given my packages to random tenants- and then told me the package was never delivered in the first place. They sign for things and misplace them. None of the people that work there are qualified in their jobs. They work there for reduced rent fees, and have firends either visit or call them while on the clock. You're not allowed to wash your vehicle outside, they won't even let you back into a parking spot- because it takes longer to spot expired tags. The one dumpster they have near the front is always overflowing and reaks. It's embarassing telling your guests they need to hold their breath on the way in. In the 10 mnths we've been here, our back door has fallen off, all 3 toilets have stopped working several times, our kitchen sink runs constantly, our kitchen drawer has fallen off, the ac and heat have both broken, they've lost 2 packages, and 3 certified letters they've signed for. We found this place online and were excited about the "lakeview," the lake- is a man-made pond- that has sludge around the edges- it's a breeding ground for the water moccosains. DO NOT MOVE HERE! this is only a small portion of my problems here, please reconsider moving to the palms. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
