Since day one I had so much trouble with this place. First off, there were five things that we had to give in and fix for ourselves. Also, our front door was previously kicked in and boy could you tell. The frame was cracked and over three times I asked them to repair the dead bolt but they couldn't because the frame was in such bad shape. The only room that got a/c was our sons and it got all of it. He was always sick and we had to put tons of blankets on him. Neighbors grow marijuana in little pots on their front porch. The dumpsters are obsurd. The trash is all over the place. They are so worried about cigarette butts instead of the overflowing dumpsters. Still no grass and after years apparently the gym is still broken. The whole time I was there, the gate was broken and never once did I see anyone attempt to fix it. And do not use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. It doesn't get dirt out of your clothes, you can't use bleach in it, and don't even try drying it. I would try to just dry my clothes out on my porch out of peoples way. But they told me i couldn't do it cuz it looked bad. Are they serious' There is no grass and trash everywhere and they are worried about me hanging laundry for two hours to dry. Don't move in here. Plus if you are military, they will screw you. When we had to get out of our lease this month due to husband being deployed, they told us we had to pay next months because there was not a one month warning. I understand that except that he didn't have a one month warning. It is bull. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
