Have been living here for four years. TONS of damage has occured due to leaks that HAVE BEEN REPORTED and carpet/belongings, walls have been ruined. Don't count on maintenance for repairs. The office personell aren't attentive once you live here, only when you're trying to move in. Of course, THEY WANT YOUR MONEY! For the price, this place is not worth it. Have stayed because I HATE MOVING and am moving as soon as I'm done at school. WHICH ISN'T MUCH LONGER.
