I've lived here for two years. Ever since the new management took over things have gone DOWN HILL. The only thing that is good about living here is that they constantly repaint the curbs. Meanwhile my A/c constantly breaks. They installed a Washer/Dryer in my apartment after my first year...It worked for a week but took a week to dry ONE LOAD of clothes. and by ONE LOAD, I mean a pair of pants and a shirt. After the week was up the pants, still damp were the last thing that would ever be washed. RIP Washer/Dryer. Just like everything else here. The walk ways are always flooded with rain water and mud and it's really not too safe. The community is gated but in the WHOLE TWO YEARS of my staying here the gate has worked maybe just a few days longer than my dryer. Cars are broken into in random spurts even though they told us they would have on-site police patrols, I haven't seen a single one. The office lied to me and jacked my rent up after I agreed to stay on a month to month basis. I'm outta here as soon as I can be. Save yourself the trouble and live somewhere else.

My washer & dryer works really well. Maintenance takes care of my problems. If unhappy why stay when you are paying more?

The maintenance has always taken care of my problems as well, I do agree some of the office staff are very rude and unprofessional.
