I really like the location of the Palms. Close to the beach and my job. The office staff is very helpful and try to get the tenants interested in the community. Good price, I love my 1 bedroom apartment.

its close if she works at the office, which is probably where she works. the office is THE only lace that writes good reviews on this dump. i repeat. dump. its also close if she works at the hole in the wall gas station thats next door. and if thats the case, thier used to hole in the walls which justifies their dumb viewpoint. because you would be dumb to think this is anywhwere close to being a decent place to live
