Most everyone that has written something on here is right. The mangment. needs to change things. However its not all their fault. The palms do have pigs living there, too many people living in one apt., and so on and so on......

Now if people would stop being pigs it would be a better place. I personally see the maint. staff walking around picking up trash until 11 or noon. So that leaves 1/2 day to fix things. Most of the maint. staff will go out of their way to help if they can. They have even helped me move stuff in and out of my apt. in their own time..... Now back to the office. Yes some of the office has attitude but they still try to help. All you have to do is ask..... Also as far as problem not being fixed they do what they can just like everyone else with a job... So if you want the palms to be better watch your kids and stop being pigs....

this hole must be one of the rude poeple that live there. because those are the only reviews on this hell hole that are good. it doesnt take half a brain to realize this place is a hole- the people, the buildings, the workers, dirt everywhere. ts disturbing that some of us had the fortitude to stick it out there as long as we could. dont be sucked in by the trickery!!!!
