You have not been in "HELL" until you have lived here!! Dryer don't dry! People play loud music at all hours of the night. -------- honking their horns to get their buddy up to go to work early in the morning! Beer bottles all over the place! Construction makes it DANGEROUS to head Westbound!! Mangerment is useless in a big way!! This place is a GHETTO!!
