The office staff are not very friendly. When you go to get packages they don't even check to see if you have anything they let you pick through the stuff. Sometimes, when they tell you have packages, you go to get them and they are not there. If they are on the phone when you go in they do not even acknowledge you have come in and leave you waiting for long periods of time. The gates never work for more than one day, but then they make a big production out of you having a gate card. I have seen one of the office staff yell and scream and get within an inch of a person's face because they didn't have the key card. One office person in particular is one of the rudest, unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I cringe everytime I have to go in there. There are alot of loud, sketchy typed people that are disprectful to the neighbors that live throughout this community. They are loud at all hours of the night, throw trash all over the place and act like hoodlums. The place is scary at times. I have been awaken in the middle of the night three different occassions for altercations outside with other tenants and the police. It is ok, if you are looking for someplace that is cheap and close to the beach but other than that, if you can afford to spend more money someplace else, I would.
