This place is the worst. As a single female it is a nightmare. I don't like to leave my apartment at night because it seems like on every corner there are about 20 -------- drinking alcohol and everyother apartment about 15 -------- living together, probably 75% of them illegal. It is unsafe for anyone. If you have children please don't bring them here, you can't let them outside and from what I hear the park isn't the safest place either. I have had a few problems with my apartment and numourous maint. men have come to fix them. The oldest maint. guy is slow and rarely fixes the stuff correctly, I usually have to call again and the other maint. men they send out have been good. I see the maint. men picking up the trash in the morning and it looks good but by mid afternoon it trashed again (I guess that happens when you have the kind of residents the management lets live here). The gates never work because people are constatley breaking them. Drugs are a big problem, I have seen people walk out of there apartments in the middle of the day smoking joints and people selling drugs all the time. The noise level is awful, music playing all hours of the day and night. The only silution I have for this place is to get rid of the management they have and get someone in here that actually cares and that will clean up the trash that lives here, until they do that this place is the worst place to move to and I will never make a mistake of moving in another place that remotely resemble this hell hole.

JUST WANTED TO MAKE A COMMENT ON HER/HIM SAYING THE TYPE OF PEOPLE MANAGEMENT LET STAY THERE....ITS NOT LIKE THEY CAN TURN PEOPLE AWAY JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE MEXICAN OR BLACK OR WHATEVER, IF THEY PAY RENT JUST LIKE YOU DO THEN THEY WILL LIVE THERE JUST LIKE YOU DO. IF YOU DONT LIKE IT, PERHAPS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER LOOSEING UP YOUR POCKETS, STOP TRYING TO GET A GOOD DEAL, AND MOVE TO A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE "THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT MANAGEMENT LET MOVE THERE" CANT AFFORD. GET OVER YOURSELF SERIOUSLY YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN ANYONE IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD. BUT I PROBABLY WONT MOVE HERE IT JUST SEEMS BAD FROM WHAT I HAVE READ. MAYBE YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT TO KNOW

Sandra you need to get over yourself. You would have to live there to understand. what really sucks is when the management leases an apartment to one person and 10 more people move in with them. There were 8 people living on one side of me and 13 on the other side. These are 2 bedroom townhouses so you do the math. It was noisey, nasty smells were coming from one of the apartments and so were bugs. They would be outside drinking and being loud all hours of the night and sorry to say it was only the certain type of people I was taking about.
