I have lived here for almost a year now. The low price and large size of the townhouse attracted me to this place. Yes it is pretty ghetto, -------- and ----- people everywhere. The staff definetly segregates the complex. The ----- people and -------- are in the back and the ----- people towards the front. The grounds look horrible, covered in all sorts of trash all the time. I have only delt with the staff upon moving. I read one post which said --- was "great" but I disagree. I had the same problem that a previous person had. The apartment was not ready when I moved in. I drove to the complex in a completely full U-haul and --- actually had the nerve to ask meto wait one more day. Ridiculous!!! I dont have any problems with roaches (thank god) like some of the other people here. It is a little scary at night considering people are always roaming the neighborhood. I am sure there are much worse neighborhoods, but this is by far the worst i have seen and definetly the last ghetto place i will life in!!!
