I have lived here for two years. There are some problems here but where are there not any problems. I have spoke with the office in regards to the issues i have had and they do take care of them. As for the W/d I do have to agree they suck but fro what i have heard they are under warrenty and there is not much the office can do with them untill the warrenty runns out because they did not hire the repair company (abbey graham) the manufacute did. And they are the ones whom are horrible I watch the manager fax over the request to have my washer repair and it still took some time befor the washer was repaired, however every time i went to ask about it they did the best the could to get the appliance company out to get this taken care of. as for the crime mentioned in the other posts where in jacksonville, other than living a the police station can you be safe. If you advertise your things expect for them to be stolen. As for the ------- drinking I have called the office to let them know that they are out in the parking lot drinking and I have personaly saw the manager and assistant manager come out and run off the --------. If you let someone know what is going on mybe they can help you. Evveryone in the office and mantenace staff does the best they can. I have seen them out doing the landscape tring to make this place a better cleaner place to live. But I have also watched my neighbor throw stuff out the car window as the are driving down the road. How can we complain about how the property looks like if we don't make the effort to help keep it clean'
