Not safe From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Ive lived here for less than a year. The first night i realized i was not the only tenants in my apt. Roaches!!!! It took about 2 months to get them under control. The washer/dryer combo...lol. thats a joke. When they say the cloths come out just a little damp and that all you have to do is hang them for a little. try hanging your jeans for 2 days. I dont know if it was the excitement of moving in to a new place that i didnt realize what was going on. Office people are really good SALES PEOPLE. all of a sudden it went down hill. I dont feel safe at night at all. I hear people in the parking lot fighting, screaming and yelling. It dont matter if its at night or day. Hearing gun shots at night is the norm at this point. Never in my life have i ever had to call 911 for something, untill moving here. three times i had to call 911 for fighting or gun shots. My car got broken into and the stereo stolen. When i called the office to notify them of the break in, it didnt seem like they cared. i asked if the office notifys the residents of break ins and the woman told me.....unfortantly no, that is the job of JSO. They must think im stupid.There is loose cats all over the place. Watch were you step, you may get something on your shoe thats really stinky. Once a week i have to clean my front door, something or someone likes to use it as a place to relieve themselves. The front security gate is what brought me here. It has worked a total of five days since i been here!!!! To the offices credit they cant stop people from hitting the gate. i exept that. THEN GET A NEW SET UP. I take care of my apt. I make sure that its clean inside and out. I dont throw trash around, im a good resident. I feel that im being punished because things are not being taken care of. i understand that no matter where you go there is going to be some problems, not like this. the only good thing about this place is that i like the apt floor plan. thats it!!
