I moved in here in august and i will say that it is okay, i will not renew the lease but dont have a reason to end the lease early. There are bug issues both german roaches and carpenter ants, the apt continuely smells like bug spray.

Sometimes repairs and slow and the staff have to be frequently reminded.

the washer dryer/ combo doesnt work in our unit, it washes but does not dry, and relying on the apt facilities is a game of timing and hoping the machine works.
