I moved here in a hurry. If you must live here, live in the town home. The town homes have better parking and are overall better built. Only a few have a balcony. Most people tend to hang out in the parking lot, and as a young women i never feel safe walking around the complex at night. I would walk my dog and get wistled at and followed by men in cars. There are a lot of non english speaking residents that play very loud music. the grounds are not kept very clean, but the managment does try and keep it clean but the residents dont seem to know where the dumpster is. The gates dont ever work because some stupid people run them down the day that they start working. Crime can be a problem, someone did get into my truck but the door was unlocked and nothing was stolen. The first night after i moved in my electic went out, but havent had many maintence problems.they did loose my rent check and didnt tell me till the 15th when i was about to get evicted. I do have a problem with lizards, i have no idea how they get in but they sure do like my place. I wouldnt recomend this place.... i found a much better apt for 20bucks less a month. I think they overcharged me because of my income, i saw how much others were paying and most were paying about 100 bucks less then me. I have to say that you can find better place for your money.
