I just wanted everyone to know, Ive lived here Since these apts were Sunkatcher apts, going on 8 years, I know that the maintenance is a must and I know the maintenance people are working very hard, Some of them stay over to make sure things are working correct, and to make sure the residents are happy with the repairs. As far as the office staff goes they are here to serve you and to help you, sometimes things happen and it causes delays but they do take care of you. Security here is not too bad, Of course there are going to be inadents in all apt communities but I know that there are lots worse places to be, I still feel safe walking the property at 2 in the morning as well as 4 am taking my dogs out, (yes they allow dogs) The apts themselfs are spatious, and in good repair. and if something needs fixing they do it. water bill is fair, and so is the rent for the area! parking is ample and daily i see the maintenance men picking up the grounds from the tenants throwing things out of the car windows, but it gets picked up. they also have people here who care about the communities and watch out for the neighbors (neighborhood watch) is also in effect just to keep us safe. In Recomending an apt I would and Do recomend this apt for new commers, not foar from shopping, Schools, parks, recreation (waterslides and movies) every thing you need is right in the area, including the ocean just 7 miles down the road.

What a LIE! Nothing is in good repair. They changed the name because of drug busts. I never felt safe even in my apartment. My washing machine broke and they never fixed it! 7 months and they never fixed it! I would go every day to complain. The pool is dirty. They have bugs. Its not safe. Don't Move to the palms.
