Lived there for 2 years. We had to file police report because the maintenance men came in and stole items from my apartment. The maintenance came in once and let my cat out. They didn t call me or notify me or even look for my cat! Air conditioner was leaking Freon for at least a year and they wouldn t fix the lines, they just kept pouring more Freon in. Even getting them to do that was an argument. Our fridge was also leaking, and they kept recharging it. Finally it died completely. It took them most of a week to get us a new fridge. Never could control the roaches, tried bombing numerous times; never helped. The neighbors were prone to drunkenness. They would play their music so loud the windows would rattle and sit outside their door and get drunk. We had at least 3 shootings that I remember. The gates never worked for more than a day or two at a time, and they were rare. They first told us we would be getting the whole deposit back, then tried to give us half stating they had already returned half of it to us. Like I wouldn t remember receiving $340. They then corrected themselves and said we would get the whole thing. A month and a half later, I am still waiting for any portion of the deposit.
