I initially moved here because this is one the few apts on southside that allows Dogs over 25 lbs. But I have to agree with the other posters. That management is close to comatose and once the have a signed lease they become down right rude if you need any thing. Any problems Iīve had with the maintenence are (I suspect) a result of poor management. Once they get here (which could take a while), problems get solved pretty quickly, and they are courteus and helpful, but getting them to help you requires going through the management which can be quite painful. I havenīt been robbed, but others have. If you donīt have pets, you can find a better place for the same money. The front section is 20 years old and falling apart, RAPIDO!
