My family and i have lived here since nov.03 and have had to have our stove replaced and the new one is just as bad. We have dirt in front of our pourch, tennise court lights don't work, hot tub is never hot and has wires hanging out. The only apartments (out of the three sets) that ever look nice is the Preserve, which is in the very back of the property, the most exspensive, and the only ones kept up. The Preserves hot tub is hot and clean, well kept grounds, and new buildings and equiptment. The other 2 buildings (the Park Avenues, and the Gables) are not kept up. So unless you want to pay 1200.00 or so a month it's far from worth it!!
