Nice Amenities, but don't enforce Pet Poop

Having three fitness centers and pools, as well as tennis courts and a nice clubhouse with a pool table, there is no enforcement of the pet (dog crap) clause in the leasing agreement. The leasing agents will travel around with new prospective tenants and see that people are walking their dogs and not picking up after them. Why put it in a lease at all if you're not going to enforce it'
I don't have a dog, don't want one and don't want to step in dog poop when I leave my apartment. Dogs do this once or twice a day so if you multiply it by the number of them, you get a community that smells like S##t.
