There are no sidewalks in the entire place so if you like to go for walks, you and the playing children will be in the middle of the street competing with cars. The place had spacious closets and nice garages. The do allow big pets, which many of the surrounding communities do not. With that said, everyone with a big dog lives there. If you like big dogs, you'll be just fine. Also, with the garages, come every motorcyclist in town. I own a bike, but some of those guys rip through the neighborhood, etc. We had 3 items STOLEN from our apartment about 2 weeks after 2 people were SHOT! Decent place for the dollar, but you get what you pay for.
