I have lived here for 4 1/2 years. The grounds are beautiful, the fitness center is the best I have ever seen in an apt., and the apartments themselves are VERY spacious for the money. However, there are quite a few drawbacks. First these stupid little kids run around all day in the streets, the quality of tennants have been declining for the past year, and the parking is horrendous. Personally I have had no problems at all with the management, maintenance, or apt(I lived in the Preserves II) rather the obnoxious people who live on the way to my apt. It is very convenient to just about anywhere you want to do shopping as well. If you get a place there DO NOT move to the Park Avenues... it is the oldest and many ghetto people and rednecks tend to flock back there.
