I can understand where some people can disagree with the community, but I have lived here on two different occassions and I find the grounds are kept up well and the staff to be very friendly. When we have a problem, I just simply call the office and it gets done, no questions asked. There have been a few neighbors that I could have done without living near, but overall the community is very nice and a great place if you have kids. My only complaint would be that they dont have any sidewalks so people have to walk in the streets to get anywhere. But for someone who has lived in the apartment world for some time, these are some really nice apartments. I think if you dont enjoy your stay, just move on. Different strokes for different folks. But I would and do reccommend Paradise Island to anyone who is thinking about moving to the southside area.
