This is me and my boyfriends first apartment and we love it. We are close to school, work, the mall, 95... everything that we need is very close by. I always feel safe even coming home past midnight and leaving for school before 7am. The children around our apartment are well behaved. We have downstairs neighbors that have had one party and that was the only annoyance that we have ever had. Its a great place for the money and the maint. staff has always fixed our problems the same day that we called. As far as "seeing pitbulls running around" I have never seen a dog off its leash.
The pools are clean, there is a lot of parking... I really cant complain.

I'm not so sure about the pools being clean. My roommate caught a man masterbating in the gym while she was lying out by the pool...just so you know.
