I have lived here for 3 years and at the begining it was great. But now....oh no! Kids are constantly running or riding their bikes in front of your car. The parking is TERRIBLE! Cars are constantly parked in unauthorized areas (3-4 cars parked in front of the mailboxes and on the curbs)and nothing is ever done about it. When you pass these cars you are lucky if you have 2 feet between your vehicle and the other.
Some apartments have 20 people living in them and they like to sit on the porch and whistle at girls as they run or walk by.
And there was the whole shooting incident as stated in a previous comment.
My neighbors moved in to an apartment that had only 1 burner that worked on the stove and the air conditioner did not work. Our air broke at least 3 times this past summer.
The girls in the office are snotty as well. (Just a side note). The walls are super thin too. I can hear my neighbor pee and always hear the dogs bark (two dobermans I might add).
My suggestion...do not move here because it looks pretty.... it is very decieving (unless your are poor white trash, mexican with your entire family tree looking to live in a one bedroom or from the ghetto).
Check it out at night before you make a decision. (You may want to wear a bullet proof vest though)

I think you are a racist idiot. I am Mexican and I live here. Maybe you should stop being a pervert and listening to you neighbor pee and check what you say in regards to people's ethnic backgrounds.
