Crappy manangement! From: devoted_in_florida@comcast.net Date posted: 12/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This place has the worst management I have ever seen! This place will not worn you about coming in for maintenance, won't tell you when the bug guy is going to spray and they change their hours due to day light savings time. So, when you are getting off work and are trying to beat the clock and get to the office to pick up a package or what ever you need to go in there for, you have to try to not get a ticket for speeding if you spend any amount of time traveling. Plus, just when you do make it right before they close at 5:30 during the winter instead of 6, they close early without warning. They leave a little note on the door that day. Not days ahead or on their monthly flyer, like yesterday when they closed early for the office Christmas party. No fore warning, no letter, nothing in the monthly news calendar they send out by the end of the first week of the new month, as if the party was a last minute event and had to shut down without advance notice. This place's management really sucks!!!! Even maintenance. They don't leave any notice that they will be by such and such a day to repair what ever you need done. They show up about a month after the request, if it's not a flood or major item, and knock a couple of times and then just walk in! Our teenage daughter was home alone and in the shower when one just walked in. We had no idea someone would be by otherwise she would have waited or had an ear out for the door. Plus, there are no doorbells on the apartment! Let's just say I can't wait until this year lease is up and we're out of here, all because of the lack of management. Otherwise the apartment is nice.
