I lived in Paradise Island on two seperate occasions, and it is an above average community. Yes, there is a lack of parking, and yes, it does require a lot of maintaince. However, do your research people. This community is pretty old. One of the lugeries of that fact is the large bedrooms and walk in closets. If you were to go and look at one of these newer communities in the same price range, your bedroom would be the size of you closet in Paradise Island.
Also, why are you rating this community based on some disrespectful, bad kids' That complaint should be posted on a parenting website. Paradise Island should not have to have a behavorial psychologist there when you sign your lease to determine wether or not some parents can handle their kids.
I can understand some residents who have bad experiences being upset, but some of you are being a bit dramatic when rating this community. I looks nice, it's bright and airy inside, and the size is really nice. For the price you pay, it's above average. The staff is nice for the most part. I have a bad experience once, but I think the girl was just having a bad day. (we all have those you know, if it wasn't tolerated, most of us wouldn't have jobs)
