don't be fooled because the prices here are slightly cheaper than other apartments in the area. this is a terrible apartment complex. sure, there are some friendly and courteous neighbors, but there are also nightmare neighbors. the leasing staff is a total joke. they are so nice and welcoming when trying to sell you on living here, but the second you sign that lease, they couldn't care less about you. they are totally fake. not to mention at least one in particular is the loudest person in her entire building. i can't believe the noise level emanating from her apartment. the fact that they evict so many tenants every month is a hint at the type of people they are willing to rent to. do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a better apartment complex. you will appreciate it when you are able to relax and go to sleep peacefully every night. i know i'm out of here the moment my lease is up and that day can't come soon enough!!
