I have lived in this 1 bedroom, first floor apartment in the Preserve at Paradise Island. I absolutely love the layout of the apratment and the landscaping is beautiful. My building is usually quiet. My beef is with the service here. Retrieving a package from the leasing office is a battle. Every time I have to wait and wait for a representative to notice my prescence. For example, today I had a package to pick up. I stopped at the leasing office after work. The rep said there was no package for me, despite the fact that I had delivery notifcation in my hand. She told me to try later. I called later and was told that she didn't have time to look for a package for me. By the time I drove over again, the leasing office was closed. You can imagine my frustration! I also would like to warn people not to fall for those new resident scams. I was told I was getting a discount due to being employed at a perticular hospital, but when I went to renew, I was told that I had a new resident deal. Later I found out that a co-worker recieved a new discount when she renewed, while my rent went up $85 a month! I feel very violated.
