I used to live here and agreeing on a price and moving my things in I showed up in the office and they told me they were no longer offering that deal. It was only after I complained to the manager but it wasn't until I threatened to speak to the property owner that they agreed. In addition, after signing the lease with the agreed upon price I made a copy. Thank goodness! The following week I was given a copy by the office. Obviously they didn't realize I had made a copy since the one they gave me had the rental rate whited out and $150 higher that the signed copy. I couldn't believe it. After I showed them my copy, again they acquiesced but I was shocked. I warned a friend of mine who lived there the year after me and she said they tried to do the same thing to her but after my warning she had made a copy. I enjoyed my time living there but continue to be shocked by there sketchy business practices.
