Not a bad place to live, however for the price I would expect better construction. I can usually hear the neighbor snoring, the alarm going off, and half the time it sounds like the person upstairs is going to come through the ceiling. I've lived in apartments all over the country and construction wise this one is the worst which is too bad as all else is wonderful.
