I would not recommend living in Paradise Island. The buildings are not well built - you can hear EVERYTHING and the leasing office staff is not very helpful. We had several noise disturbances with neighbors and were told after "4 warnings the neighbors will get a notice to vacate" The neighbors are still there just as loud and as obnoxious as ever and this was over 6 months ago. Maintenance isnt very helpful either. It would take days to get anything done. I waited 5 days for an air filter before I had to go and get it myself
