I lived here for 2 years and never had any problems at all. I am not sure why people are complaining of noise because we never heard any of our neighors. We lived in the Preserve area and it was wonderful. The maintenance guys always fixed our stuff on time. The front office girls were dumb blondes and not very helpful but other than that the place was wonderful. I felt very safe there the whole time I was there. That murder someone is talking about was some young kids tried to rob a guy that had a gun. Umm can we say dumb.. Of course one was going to get shot he was acting in self defense. I had to move out of state due to military but I never would have left paradise Island. I miss it already because where I am moving nothing compares. Enjoy!

Actually, the guy saw the kids robbing someone else, went home and got his gun, then turned around and shot the boys. It had nothing to do with him at all, except that he saw a robbery taking place and decided to take matters into his own hands.
