I have lived in Paradise Island for 2 years. I love it here. I have never had any problems. I see some people complain about the service with the girls in the leasing office and I have never had any problems. Sure sometimes it gets busy and they cannot get to me right away but I have always been well taken care of. The floorplans are great and spacious. Some of the largest I have seen. There are a lot of amenities that other communities do not offer. If you are looking for a great place to live I would highly recommend Paradise Island.
