My husband, 2 year old daughter and I were looking at these apartments because of the square footage and the resort style living. The office staff was courteous and the response was quick. However, when we were shown two units, we noticed that there was a dead roach in each one of the closets. Granted, they were dead, but that did not alleviate our fears. Now, the best way to predict the noise of a property is to drive by on a Friday and Saturday night. We drove by around 9 pm on both nights for about two months. Each time we drove by, we noticed creepy people out in the patio staring at you-we mean groups of people! Like, ten people out on the patio and just staring at you! Another thing, one of the nights we drove by, there was a party going on in the parking lot of one of the buildings, these guys had their hoods of their cars up and booming bass music coming out. If we did not have a child, it would not have bothered us much-but we have our daughter's health and safety to think about. It's a shame, 'cause the square footage was exactly what we wanted and the resort style living was beautiful.

So you're saying that you and your husband enjoy creepy people and guys partying in the parking lot? I do not have any children and I don't believe that I would want to live in the same community with creepy guys with loud cars partying in front of my home!
